Only problem I've had off and on is the device disconnects from my wifi network sometimes (I have an Orbi mesh network, with more than enough coverage for my home size). Happens on all three of the 55" ones. It takes about 10 seconds to reconnect (do a "Check connection" from menu and it reconnects every time) so never been enough of an issue for me to really try to resolve, let alone return.

I personally bought the TCL series 5 49" used from Walmart for $199.

From CNET HDR don't deliver a substantial improvement in image quality.
The Bottom Line Although the image quality is just "good enough," the S425 series is still an excellent choice for budget buyers focused on streaming and simplicity.

If all TV's are doing this, it's more likely a router issue. Try updating the firmware if available. Also, try the fast start option in the tv's power menu.
