Weird. I got the email but when I try to apply it to anything it says "your email address is not valid for redemption of this promo code"

I just chatted with live chat. I told them the issue, and their answer?

IGNORE THE EMAIL AND COUPON

WHAT?

You'd think that they'd offer a replacement code or manually edit the cart.

They can do what they want, but don't email people things and then pretend that it doesn't exist

both me and my wife got the code in our respective emails. Told me that its only for new accounts. My wife is chatting right now, her AC has never been used.
