Name brand hype. Unfortunately many folks are blinded by the advertising. Plenty of great products that cost a fraction of name brand counterparts.
Agreed. I've tried lots of hair dryers and this thing is far more powerful than others. Dries my hair very fast
Bought a refurb for myself and my wife uses it as well. I love it. It is quieter than my old cheapo dryer and it doesn't make my scalp and hair too hot. It dries faster because it blasts your hair at like 70mph. I get it that is a lot for a hairdryer, but before corona virus was using it every weekday before work. For me it was worth it (but I still wouldn't pay full retail).
