I don't have a Costco membership, but I was able to get BestBuy to price match over chat. Total Price came to $542.49 with free shipping and free haul-away for my old, broken unit.
Decent deal I think. From what I can tell rtings.com and other places have performance of this unit similar to Samsung Q70, but the Vizio is only 60Hz and doesn't have VRR.
I just read the rtings for this Vizio tv verses the Samsung q70 I'm interested in. The largest difference is the Vizio just doesn't get very bright. While this is a excellent price the room has a lot of windows so I'll just keep shopping around.

The user interface absolutely sucks with Vizio. It's the worst of any major TV brand. HOWEVER, I wouldn't let that stop you from getting one at a good price. Just pop an external Roku in and you should be fine.

My Sharp / Hisense LC-65Q7370U 65" 4k Roku TV broke down for the second time since I bought it December 2018.

I am not ever touching a hi sense TV again. My dad bought the Hi sense branded version at Costco and it is starting to exhbit the same symptoms as mine.

How is the user interface with this Vizio? Is it easy to wireless connect my laptop to it?

Wow, nice deal. For people who likes to control media with a phone or a pad, the airplay 2 and Chromecast built in comes in handy. (I spent a fortune to equip each of my TV with an Apple TV and a Chromecast ultra.) Of course this is still not a oled TV, but good enough for someone who is not too picky. Wish they get a similar deal for an even bigger screen.

The P series is $850. Very close to jumping on it. Is it that much worse than the q70 for $999. Someone please stop me.

I don't think the Hisense 65H8F is a full array LED TV with local dimming so I believe this Vizio would be be better in most cases. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

Agreed, really beautiful picture and TV but the UI is dreadful. I can't wait for a Roku Ultra deal, it's driving me mad.

I bought this tv for same price from Costco about 2 months ago. I downgraded to this tv after my kid accidentally broke the Vizio P65-F1.

I like the m series8 over all, it's a nice tv. Doesn't get too bright, but still reasonably bright. It doesn't handle reflective too well. Other than that I have no complaints. I use Nvidia Shield AndroidTV, so the horrible UI interface on this TV doesn't bother me.
