Looks like a great deal at $49. The CFM of this fan (600 CFM) is very similar to my Vornado 753 (653 CFM, for large rooms) that I have. The Vornado was $99.
Appears to have four speed settings, and can work on battery or corded.

I had that my store too. I changed stores and it allowed me to ship at 49.
This actually is an amazing deal. The base tool's usual retail price is $99 without battery. And it's a *cordless* tool. 😉😂
