How do you justify this as a SlickDeal? Seems like a reasonable adjustment from Dell for a 2nd Hand unit that's passed QC again, similar to the others in the outlet ctr.. Am I missing something?
A few months back the Inspiron 7000 were $500, the 5000's are your everyday average budget series, and at $636, for a refurb?? What...?
When you run Crystal Disk Info, it will tell you hours of use of the NVMe also how many times the device has been powered off and on.

also OP posted link to additional 8gb ram, will the 16gb ram on the same amazon product page work for this laptop as well? (making it 24 GB total)
thanks.

Does it show actual hours after manufacturing even the clean format has been done? Or does it show hours after the latest format?

Not too much of a discount but have you been following prices of used units in the last month? It's crazy. About the Inspiron 7000 deal for $500, that was for a 8th gen unit. This is 10th gen.
