Yes they're usually pretty lenient, never had a problem using coupons I find on http://www.hfqpdb.com

I was in the local Harbor Freight stores the other day. Store was 50% empty of products. Manager said supply shortages and that their distribution center was closed for over a week due to Covid

They are pretty well regarded. I have the yellow orginal Daytona 3 ton think it was 180 or so with a coupon. Cant say anything bad about it besides it is damn heavy, that is a good thing in a jack though.

that stated you cant use 25% or 20% on jacks/tool boxes or a bunch of other stuff.

Unless it's a coupon specifically for the jack it won't work. 20% and 25% off coupons exclude jacks but don't exclude lifts like a motorcycle lift. You can test a coupon on HF's website to see if it will work. If it does it will work in the store too unless it's an item on sale during a parking lot sale.

They usually post the coupon on Friday. I have put it on my phone and both of my local Harbor Freight stores accepted them. Although I would call your local store just to make sure they accept the phone coupon. Also once you give them your phone number you can have them send you the newsletter in your email. Just be advised that the 25% off coupon has a lot of exclusions including floor jacks, compressors, and name brands like ionic. You can see all of the exclusions on the coupon I included in the pdf. Hope you can find something you need. Happy shopping.
