I've always wanted to have a concrete driveway on my sideyard. How much would it cost for a company to prep and pour concrete the size of a 2-car garage?
I'm not a concrete guy but if you don't want to call one to get a quote and just want a ball park construction generally double the cost of materials.
So a two car space in my area is just say 20x20; 4in thick which is bare minimum. Is basically 5 yards of concrete. So if your site was ready to be formed and poured you might get it for $125 yd concrete x 5yd x 2 labor = $1,250 but i'd consider that a minimum and costs in my area are lower than most. Also consider this is just the garage pad so any concrete you need leading up to it would add to the costs.

Thanks. Looks like its within my budget. Might also get the patio done at the same time to get a discount
The cheaper HF mixer is only 1-1/4 cubic feet and the larger one is 3-1/2 cubic feet.
We have the larger one, and while it has worked for a shed slab, several sidewalk repairs, and a narrow driveway done one small section at a time, it is very cheap and rickety.
I used to have one of the HF ones. I didn't like how low it was to the ground, making it hard to put in certain areas or fill a wheel barrow.
This deal is still active for those who want it. I just selected this store:
7690 Washington Lane
Wyncote, PA 19095
(215)881-9600
I was able to ship it with $55 shipping for a total of $222 to CA.
How did you replicate this? PC Browser or App? What browser, iPhone, Android? I can't replicate the deal. Don't know if it is dead or I'm not doing the correct steps with the correct apps. Or maybe this was a "glitch" that Home Depot has since fixed.
Was not able to replicate. Wound up getting the Kobalt one at Lowes. Between the in-stock Home Depot (Kushan), the biggest Harbor Freight model, and the Lowe's, the Lowe's seemed to be the best (although also the most expensive of the three). Put 80 bags of 80 pound concrete mix (two bags at a time) through the Lowe's. Motor ran continuously all day. Didn't overheat or bog down under the weight. I think the Lowe's is the best personal homeowner's version of a mixer. The next step up would be renting a professional contractors version from Home Depot tool rental.

On the App, you can add it for $149, and select Ship to Home for $55, but then the price jumps from $149 to $299.
Has anyone been able to replicate the steps? How?
Thanks.
