The deal is in-warehouse only, not online. Must be existing (upgrade) or new Sprint subscriber. Every Sprint subscriber with a compatible, regular plan that can be dealt with by a national retailer (no SERO, SWAC, free year, kickstart, etc) and eligible upgrade can upgrade in-warehouse. If your local Wireless Advocates kiosk does not have the phone in stock, it will be mailed to you after performing the upgrade in-warehouse. You must file for the $500 Costco cash card online after the fact.
Phones MUST be financed on 24-month installments, no outright purchase or 18-month leases. If your account/line where the upgrade occured is not active when the $500 Costco cash card is delivered in 14 weeks, you will not receive the cash card. If you pay off the installment before that you may jeopardize your GC. If your account is a no credit check account, you cannot finance phones. If your plan has an ongoing promotional discount for BYOD and NOT financing a phone, it will disappear when you finance one and revert to regular rates.
Basically all Sprint phones 2 years and older are being cleared out, and nothing from within the past 2 years (XR/XS, 11/11 Pro) are eligible for this promotion. Availability of phones in the eligible list may differ according to your Costco/Wireless Advocates region. Because these phones have been sitting in a warehouse for years (this is the point of the sale, to clear them out), warranty may say expired or information not available. You must contact the manufacturer with your IMEI and proof of purchase from Costco/Sprint so they can manually extend the warranty for another 12 months from your purchase date. As this process is manual and YMMV with individual reps, try, try and try again until it's done right.
Do not try to screw around with the cell phone vender or attempt to game anything, you will be regionally banned as in previous deals:
