Home Depot has this set on sale for $29.97. Regular price is $44.97. I was looking for one 3/8" bit, but that was $12.37 just by itself. The 1/2" bit was $17.97. This set has both plus all the smaller sizes.

It was at this price for a bit purchased two weeks ago at this price in store. Its a good sets of drill bits. Have no regrets about them.
Subscribe to home depot for 12 months for 5% off and then cancel sub.

I've been using this set for over a year and the drill bits are really high quality. Getting two of the smaller sizes is nice since those are the ones that get the most use and wear. The case that houses the drill bits is terrific and aids in finding what you need quickly.

I think that was the 15-piece drill bit set. From what I can tell, this 23-piece was $20 back in July 2019, but has popped up for $30 here and there since then.

Might be worth waiting to see if it drops back down to $20 for either Memorial Day or Father's Day if you don't need it right away, though.

I have this set, and while the bits are great, they are incredibly difficult to get in and out of the case. I often have to use a set of pliers to get them out. Anyone else have this issue?

I coincidentally was working with a friend today who had this exact set and I noticed the same thing. It was still a nice set, so I think I could over look it. It would be pretty easy to loosen up the holes a bit.

The bottom tilts out.. makes it way easier. I had that problem before I found that out.

Use the drill bits to drill bigger holes for your drill bits.
