Anyone know if it's possible to become a member if there's not a Costco in your city? The nearest one to me is 100 miles away but I would like to be able to order online items without the surcharge, plus many good deals are for members only. I don't want to drive the 100 miles just to activate a membership.
Also, trying to decide if it is worth it for me to have a membership since it is included in my $50 annual Shipt delivery service to my door. I know those services add a bit but it sure is convenient. Probably would miss the Costco only deals.
why? they think customers want it? makes sense for some cuts, but not for others (prime label steaks etc)
some Costco's are willing to sell you the whole box of steak untenderized(or trays untenderized). ymmv
