The OP has made this confusing. The 20% they are talking about is automatic (and displayed as such) on the limited clearance items it applies to.

So this is a link to their normal clearance section with SELECT items on sale another 20%.

It's not 20% off everything nor clearance. It's 20% off certain categories. Currently it's 20% off summer items and 30% off dresses. The discount is already taken off items that qualify.

Rack has def gone down hill. Placed an order 3 weeks and still waiting for items to show up. Wouldn't allow me to cancel or price match anything. Nordstrom service in general has def fallen off.

Same. Ordered something 3 weeks ago. Was quick for them to take my money out with no product.
