I'm not sure, I just know these speakers sound wonderful. I'm pushing them with an Yamaha rx-a3000 amp. So I have a lot of power pushing these guys and they just sound incredible!!
Anyone want to recommend floorstanding speakers that will match that center? I was hoping that the R263's will make a comeback, but I'm open to suggestions.
If you're waffling between the R152 and R162, splash out the extra $25 for a pair of the R162's. The richer sound will make you glad you did.

Looking for my first real upgrade from cheap monopeice set
The 263 center at ~$160 delivered is SO ridiculously under priced everything else on the market I have a hard time understanding how they still have them.
On related news I've now purchased a center channel I have no need for, or any other speakers from the series from. I think about doing this every time I see these on sale and can't resist anymore.
