Also, have any of the stores changed their prices? It sounds very plausible unfortunately, though I haven't found any definitive proof of it so far.

And as for your statement that you haven't found any proof so far of price changes, how can you say that unless you have been following items from this list of sellers in OP? I do understand that you are new to ebay as you said (so I take it you are not following any sellers), and apparently new to SD as well since you just created this account and made your first post, but it is well known here in the SD community that sellers raise their prices when these coupon come around.
I tried testing with a different product, so I picked a Lenovo Legion T730 [ebay.com]. I never tried this before, so I was scared to accidentally buy a computer I don't need lol. ANYWAY
This is what the relevant part of the checkout for the Lenovo T730 looked like:
Subtotal (1 item) $1,017.00
Shipping Free
Tax* $82.12 (ouch)
Discount -$152.55
Gift cards, coupons -$100.00
Order total $846.57
Wow, I guess it does stack. I'm still looking for past listings that may have changed. Doesn't Ebay keep track of when items change in price? It would appear on the "view all revisions" page, right? Example for the Lenovo T730 [ebay.com], which hasn't changed since late April. I mean, I guess I wouldn't be surprised if sellers prepare over a month in advance for an upcoming coupon and raise their prices.

Was just going to say the same thing..... "selected sellers" that just jacked their prices. These coupons are useless.
