fourml8r! Mount up!

Come tell us all how bad this deal is and how this site has gone downhill and how this isn't a deal even if it is the best price anywhere and how Iconian is the devil snake oil salesman in bed with Adorama and/or Klipsch.

Or, you know, just TD if you don't like it and move on like the rest of us.

On a serious note, really wish I could blow 3 or 4 grand on audio equipment. Really wondering how that 15" sub sounds. I have actually heard good things about the SPL line.

It probably sounds like the R-115SW. They're basically the same subs. I have 2 of them. They sound great.

The 402/502 surrounds arent great for a 5.1 setup, those are really meant for the rear sides in a 7.1.

If 5.1 is the goal look into RP600ms for the rears, not only would the directional sound work a tad better, but they won't be overwhelmed by the dual 8" mains

LMAO you read my mind, that was classic!!!!

So if you are a Klipsch fan and these are the speakers really like, this is a lot for the money!

I will add that the 1080 will have no problem running those bundles.

I will point out or caution people that those surrounds are not really preferred for object based soundtracks.

If the last bundle was an option, for $500 more I would take a look at that Focal Aria package for $4500. If and when it pops up again 😜

Well it depends on how much distance there is to the seating and side walls.
If there is enough distance you could use them as rear surrounds, you just have watch the placement.

Not a bad deal. I recently got (2) of those towers and the 504-C for $1470 shipped, no tax. They do sound awesome. They are physically huge as well.

That sub is a MONSTER. I upgraded from am already solid but old Cerwin Vega. I have RF 7 III Towers and FINALLY a sub that can not only keep up but BLOW them out. It's incredible.

Yamaha and Klipsch are a GREAT combo. I have the 3080 and I love how crisp everything sounds with Klipsch towers. It's not for everyone for sure, but home theater is crystal while replicating really pure clear sound. Klipsch do NOT need a lot of power so that receiver will do fantastic.
