I have the printer. It's a champ. LDproducts hasn't released their third party toner yet though... for the high yield Genuine Toner version expect to pay $750 for black + 3x color. Third party it should be $150. I'm waiting since I trust LDProducts more than other places but that trust might be misplaced.
I got it last year for $299 so this is a good deal
It's nice to see SD schilling for HP now. They forgot the website mission: SLICK DEALS ...perhaps they should rename it to sponsereddeals.net. instead
anywhoo HP is notorious for insanely priced toners, and pushing OTA updates, which block generic toners from being used. on top of that, the printer itself is way overpriced as well. the best laser printer brand in terms of budget is Brother. I had a Dell CN1690-DW but those fly off the shelves anytime they're available.

I have an older version - the HP Laserjet Pro M252dw that I bought in Sept 2016. I don't really print that much and recently the printer status is showing that it is low on ink...
Cost for all (4) colors from HP, not the high yield ones, is slightly over $300!
For a little less, I ordered a brand new Epson EcoTank from Costco. We already have one EcoTank and they work great and ink is very reasonably priced because you buy the ink by the bottle and just refill the tank. No cartridges to mess with. Check it out. $280
