The link directs you to the 3000MHz ver, which is $59.99. The 3200MHz ver is $64.99. They are both C16 in latency.

Good price for budget 16G RAM.

If I OC this 3000mhz set to 3200hmz will it be as good as the original 3200 MHz set? I'm seeing same voltage and timing on both ram.

What timings do I get if I throw this into an OEM (Dell, HP, etc.) computer which tops out at DDR4-2666? Any faster than your "regular" DDR4-2666 1.2v stick?

I got the Alienware Aurora R8 deal from last week. Would the 3200 version be a good upgrade? Or should wait for a better quality RAM to go on sale?

They're likely binned differently, so you may not be able to achieve stable 3200MHz. If it's a $4 difference, I'd just pay for it.
