Do you mean the questions they want you to answer? When I use Mercury Mags, I use a disposable email address (otherwise you'll get TONS of junk/spam emails) and I just click thru the drop downs and choose random answers.

Any popups that appear during the part where you fill in your name/address, I just close.

I use some lower case "xx" for the fields Job Title and Company.

Usually People is offered at RecycleBank, but is currently unavailable.

You can also pick up People from RewardSurvey...

You do have to fill out some surveys to redeem, but it's not difficult (I just choose the last answer for each survey question).

I personally only use RewardSurvey (and other freebie sites) for magazines that are no cost...where you do not enter any cc information and are not auto-renew.
