This is by far the best 4k TV to use as a PC monitor.
Hard to find. Best buy has on sale for $269

Some things that make it a great PC monitor:
Low Input lag of around 9ms
Chroma 4:4:4 for sharp clear text
Crisp, vibrant colors
Finds PC connection when connected
Great for gaming due to motion rating of 120 to reduce blur
Doubles as a great 4k TV
loads of Apps and free content
I have tried and tested various monitors and 4k TV's. You can only get better when you are willing to spend upwards of $1000 for a monitor while this is $269

I use a 40" (UN40NU7200F - I think) that was $200. I had good luck with a $200 43" TCL for my friend, if you arent in a hurry id wait to get one closer to $200 mark.
I used a 55" Samsung for a long time and when I moved to a 27" IPS then eventually an actual gaming monitor, I never used my bigger TV again. Complete difference in just my workflow and performance.
I have tried LG and Vizio, IPS and VA panels. This samsung has the best input lag, low motion blur, sharp text and graphics, that I did not find in the other 4k TV's.
Stay with 43" 4k TV's to use as PC monitors as any bigger TV will lose sharpness.

Here is a fairly recent article of theirs as well as their list at the bottom of which they rate as the best ones to use as a monitor.

Personally in this price range I'd prefer an LG UM7300 or UN7300 if you can find them. All of these TVs are pretty hard to get a hold of at the moment unfortunately.
Make sure you have the TV set to PC and GAME mode on.

Also, the edges for some reason were not clear or sharp. Sort of like the panel was curved at the very edges. Looked great though. Just not good for a monitor as the Samsung is.
They don't have this one tested but it will be soon. I am waiting for the testing result.
I expect this to be much better then LGUM7300 (it scored 4.0 Flicker-Free)

Which Vizio model did you test? V405? V435? and what is wrong with it when comparing to TU7000?

Yes, the LG7300 had terrible flicker.
