Fair warning against using cdkeys. If the key they give you doesn't work, you'll basically be out the $12 as they'll tell you to chase down the steam key, and steam will tell you to contact cdkeys. Bonus: If paying with PayPal, they'll just send your IP address that you purchased the key from as "evidence" when you attempt to get a refund through PayPal. I speak from experience :-)
Maybe it depends on the rep, but I had an issue once with a key. I got a refund pretty much right away.
cdkey is showing inflated original price though. Full price of the game on steam is $40, not $56.
No. Their initial price on large was $60. Newegg started their selling at $56. I recall it was on sale shortly after for $50. For $12, it is kinda cheap

If you paid using a credit card, dispute with your CC issuer. You're pretty much guaranteed to get your money back, make sure you don't abuse this and use it as a last resort. This is why you'd never want to pay with paypal balance, checking account etc.

paypal approves more disputes than most card holders

I imagine that's a fair assessment. I talked to 2 reps, first one said to contact Steam (which I did and was directed back to cdkeys), 2nd one told me no refund (or new key) would be given. That was basically when I decided to never use them again.

My experience with PayPal (in this scenario) has been horrible. The seller gets to click a button that says "It was delivered" without any verification. Basically, I've had to re-open my dispute twice now, and I've been given zero information (other than my IP address I shopped with) for their proof of delivery. I included screenshots of the conversation with the rep, showed key was invalid, showed conversation with steam, and still it went the seller's way.
I'd argue not using PayPal going forward as their dispute system seems to weigh incredibly heavily towards the seller in my experience.

Can't say I've ever had an issue with CDKeys. Got Witcher 3 and Skyrim SE from them with no issues.
