Rubbermaid custom deluxe closet configuration [amazon.com] is on sale. I have spare room closet that's just a bit over 4 ft wide. This was perfect with some left over pieces for another smaller coat closet. It's easy to assemble and comes with a plethora of parts to use.

My only suggestion is to buy heavy-duty wall anchors.

    A nice feature I noticed is the hangers can slide across the full width of the rod. A lot of closet systems have supports every 12 or 16 inches or whatever and and I think this just makes it easier to keep clothing organized.

    The Rubbermaid is much more heavy duty connecting to the wall and not those legs. It has more storage space counting the racks and probably more customization with lots of aftermarket items like pants hangers that slide out, tie racks, etc.

    I will say that if you are thinking about getting these they are fabulous. We were looking at having Container Store do our master closet and then found these. We were able to do all the closets in our house at a fraction of the cost of the Container Store for one closet. They are so nice and you can change arrangements of shelving so you can space shelves more as your children grow/needs change. I love that you can slide clothing down the rack. I have recommended them to lots of friends and family. If we moved to another house without closet systems this would likely be one of my first purchases.

    I put 3 in my last walk in closet. They were great. Current house doesn't have them and I started putting them in. For the money this kit is hard to beat.

    This price is quite normal though. Good price, but nothing out of the ordinary.

    I just realized this was the Titanium Deluxe as well, didn't know the $200+ price was for that style/color. Which is $140 [target.com]on Target right now.

    I got the titanium deal a few years ago for that $68.14 to be exact. I then bought another 1 year later. Then the prices skyrocketed! These are amazing. Much better than the closetmaid. These are adjustable to a million different configurations. Closetmaid you screw it in and then you're screwed. For these, you screw in a top horizontal guide bar, screw in the vertical guide bars and that it! You can set up, move, adjust to your hearts desire. I've done two closets and the laundry room! 100% recommend these
