Yes. But then you have to go to Walmart.
Not at all. I played it on the 3DS and eventually made my top 10 games of all time list. It's an action rpg.

Every single new game that comes to Walmart is 10 less in store.
I call it the corporate welfare discount. You get a break at the register and we all pay a little more.

The whole system is broken, you're not fixing it by sitting on a high horse, but if it makes you feel better then it's worth it.
Costco just never provides the best deal, especially because they make you pay shipping.
That said, it's always consistently below msrp. So always good but never the best.
I think it's priced as such because their eshop cards are 10% off and the physical games come to 10% off as well, when you factor in shipping.
