This is selling really fast so I imagine it won't last long at all. You can check inventory by adding 5000 to your cart. There were 6700 a couple hours ago when i first saw this. Now under 4000.
All posters sound like shills regardless of the quality of wine
Well I hope you don't buy then. This is a fantastic deal and just I wanted to share it with the SD community. For those that understand the deal, they'll make out very well.
This is the owner's email to members to offer the deal, if anyone is interested:
Dear ,
I'm writing this email to personally extend my warm wishes and hope for your health as safety in the midst of this crazy Covid-19 world. I'm also writing you personally as I want to be as candid and honest about the situation that Limerick Lane is facing.
As a small winery, Limerick Lane's existence depends entirely on direct sales. We would not be here if it weren't for your support and loyalty. Every year we make a small portion of Russian River Zinfandel that we earmark for distribution in restaurants, wine shops, etc. This is built into our business model and while we make much less margin on this wine, it is basically how we keep our brand name out in the marketplace.
As a result of Covid-19, our distribution channels have almost completely vanished and our tasting room is still closed. I haven't laid off a single employee and while we are hopeful to see some opportunities open up soon, we are at the moment all sitting on our hands.
I'm sure you've seen the same deals and discounts offered by retailers, on social media etc that I have right now. 15% off, 20% off, 25% off, free shipping...it is a pretty tough environment right now. Offering discounts after you are backed up on inventory is a situation I've fortunately never been in and I hesitate to offer discounts on a sliding scale in an attempt to give away as little as possible.
As I pondered this in the middle of the night, what I finally came to is that what is most important is honesty and integrity regarding the situation we're in. If this wine was destined for distribution why not just go straight to the bottom line and offer our distribution destined wine straight to you at the same price? This offer is our way of recognizing your support and transparently offering you the best we can as a thank you.
As such, for the remainder of this vintage, we are changing the price on our 2018 Russian River Zinfandel for existing customers to $21/bottle on case purchases or more- the exact same as would be the case with our distribution partners.
Please purchase as much as you like, but I ask that you understand that the 2019 Zinfandel release in the fall will be at normal pricing. The world got Covid, our normal sales channels for this wine disappeared, I'm taking it on the chin ahead of time and offering you the best I've got - but moving forward if we don't hold to our normal pricing, we won't be able to offer you anything at all.
I'll close this letter as I started it. I wish you and your families health, happiness, and sanity through this time and hope that some Limerick Lane Zinfandel on your table can be a bright spot in your evening.
Well shit I like wine. Touching story so gave it a shot. Can't be that bad. In for a case. Thanks op. I finally learned ship wine to the office to not have the hassle of figuring out how to sign for it.

Most I would spend is about $12 bucks without a sample. Tons of good wines for cheap.
