I honestly believed the same way you do, but after trying and returning several top Android operated tablets I decided to go with an iPad pro. I haven't looked back since. I recently bought my daughter this iPad 7th gen and the volume is extremely loud, sometimes it feels like there's a mini speaker in the room. I'm about to go with this deal for the FIL since he's still rocking the 1st gen iPad.
