How's the noise compared to a pancake compressor?

I own one. Only good for small jobs. I wouldn't want to use it for a nailer. I would recommend at least 5 gallons for that. It's not terribly loud.

If I can't pick it up at a local store for the 61.00 is it worth it? A "(Certified Pre-Owned)" tool for 65.28 for me in Oregon(no tax)

I see a new one is $129.99 but curious how bad a "(Certified Pre-Owned)" could be and if i'd be happy with it

Actually, it depends. It works fine for smaller gauge nailers and the typical things you would use them for. No, not gonna work very well on a framing nailer, but I have one and it works fine with finish nailers for small jobs. Would I want to do a whole house with one? Probably not. But for doing a couple of pieces, or installing a prehung door, or throwing some pin brads to hold things in place while the glue sets? Works fine and it's way easier than grabbing a 30-40lb pancake compressor and a long airhose.
