Perfect to grab and toss in trash.

To the contrary, this is about as good as it gets for 110v pressure washers.

Gasoline-engine pressure washers have a lot more power. This one is electric, but probably OK for minor jobs and washing the car.

I have the smaller version of this from hd, had it for 2 years or so(think it was like $80-$100). It is super handy for what it is, really like it for washing cars/trucks with a foam cannon. It's nice because its small and portable it doesnt have enough power to hurt anything, great for letting the wife go wild.

Can you remove mildew off of a stucco house? Do you have to get like within 3-6 inches to be able to do so?

I dont know about stucco but have used it to wash off decks and siding. I would say it most likely would be able to do it but not positive lots of variables so ymmv.

I scored one of the last 3 at my local Costco at noon today. It was on clearance last year at the same price. Then they restocked a few months later and raised back the price to $249.99. I have been checking it every time I went there in the last 8-9 months (except for the last couple months for obvious reason). I am so glad that I finally get it this time.

If you're getting into this range with PSI and even size, just spring for gasser. If you're looking for a low powered electric, then there are better versions like a compact carry handle model 1600 psi ryobi which gets posted on here for $80-$99.

To each their own but I don't see the need of a middle ground pressure washer when you have cheaper electrics which fill the same duties as this one... or a slightly more expensive but much more powerful and versatile gasser.

Im actually looking at getting rid of my gas pressure washer. I have a nice 3000 psi honda motor gas model and Im just tired of dealing with gas and cleaning the jets on it to get it running. If you use it alot ,then gas is the way to go. For the homeowner electric is the best route IMO.

My small little home depot ryobi electric always JUST WORKS. Powerful enough for anything at the house.

"To each their own" agreed....It usually goes for $250, 2 yr warranty plus Costco's warranty/return policy......as with most homeowners, convenience is an important factor hence ruled out the gas ones although i do agree those are superior in performance but I simply do not want to deal w getting the gas and cleaning it etc. I might use it at most once a month for the cars and then sometimes for the driveway, patio and if feeling up to it then might try it on the roof but that about it....

Lowes has a 1700psi 1.2gpm Greenworks handheld for like $79 this weekend that I picked up for my wife and it's a great little machine. Super quiet. I'd never replace my gasser with it though.

Actually this item would be more comparable to either

I got this exact machine a little over a year ago. It works great. With the round concrete attachment I've scrubbed out patio the last 2 years and our whole house with the other nozzles before painting. Plenty of power. I do advise using the spray in protectant/treatment if you don't use it every day.
