Stop quoting that long ass comment and adding your humorless quips at the end. None of it is funny, and its clogging up this post which is supposed to be about traveling to Thailand

I was starting to believe every word you said until "beer with ice." Otherwise, what a great deal to Thailand.

Take this as traveling tips. Vietnam has worst return rate in the world. No one go to Vietnam seconds times. Snake bite you and you die. Drink beer with ICE? Poop all night.

Almost never a sale on Korean Air. Great deal but definitely because of the "rona. "

I don't think this will clear up before January - at best, you'll be wearing itchy masks for a 13 hr flight and while walking around in 85 degree heat. Not enjoyable.

Beer with ice is fine in Vietnam. I've spent a long time there and they don't have refrigeration at a lot of places so beer with ice it is. Never felt sick from it but sometimes question the washing the dishes in a tub right on the street but I still go and haven't been sick from that either.

We didn't get to go to Chiang Mai last time we went to Thailand, so this is really tempting and a pretty solid price. I'm just still doing my best not to get sick or get other people sick though, and this doesn't seem like it's in the timeframe that everything will call down.

Won't travel restrictions put a damper on this? You can't be a tourist if most things are closed...

Chiang Mai is awesome. My advice would be go Chiang Mai for 4 days, Bangkok for 2 days (total shithole), then go down to the southern Thai islands around Phuket and Krabi. We spent a full week in Koh Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh. Easily the best time I had there. Incredible beaches, incredible women, lots of foreign expats and aussie chicks looking to fark.

Did two weeks in Thailand last year. Week in Chiang Mai and week in Bangkok. Second time around would definitely spend way more time in Chiang Mai and less in Bangkok. Chiang Mai was incredible, but now I occasionally get struck with some desperate cravings for khao soi. The temples, food in China Town, and markets in Bangkok were fun but overall not nearly as enjoyable.

Does anyone know the refund/change policy for this?

Saw United/ANA tickets on google flights for $380 RT with 12 month free flight change.

I'm looking for 100% refundable or 24 month flight changes like they had in March in case of second wave (not sure thailand has really had a real first wave).

Back to $1=32thb is a good thing though.

Beer with ice makes his post legit. That's common all over the world, except in the US.
