Problem is the refurbs are great. And they've been a little over $100 a couple times already. I'll probably try them when I can get a refurb for $99.

How is the call quality / mic quality? Can people hear you without sounding like a robot chicken?

I've been looking for a deal on those for a while. Don''t want to risk refurbished, especially not for something I am going to stick in my ears, this is the first deal for brand new ones in a while . Thanks, OP!

Just an FYI:

Be aware that these are master-slave configuration, meaning you can't use left and right buds independently. The right earbud is always the master and that is the only one which can be used by itself. This causes connection issues a lot between left-right and even devices which are further away from the right earbud.

All of the premium earbuds in this category including Apple, Sony, Samsung, pixel+ etc. are using independent channels. Even the mid grade ones like Anker are using independent connections. There is no excuse for Jabra to not have this feature in their premium earbuds. They promised these in CES2020 and then backed out months later.

Bought a pair of the 75t refurbs from Newegg for $100 which were DOA. Called jabra and they offered me 40% off a new pair with free next day shipping which came to 107.99. Might be worth a shot to just call jabra and tell em u have a defective pair see if u can get 40% off the elite active. Lots of problems with the refurbs and others were offered the same deal.

Bought one from ebay refurbed from jabradirect , arrived in 2 days so far so good. Ran 10k with it and it's amazing. Some earbuds you can not hear the bass when running because of your footstep but these blows me away.

I have a cheap pair of (holy shit I can't even name the brand of cheap earbuds? WTF)

that cost $30 and they both work independently with a mic on each one. I once tried "upgrading" to these Jabra earbuds and the fact that they didn't work independently just blew me away. I don't understand how a cheap pair of earbuds can have such a simple and helpful feature while these expensive ones simply don't. I returned these and stuck with the cheap pair that actually had more utility than these ones. To me, any company that refuses to allow you to use your earbuds independent of one another is trash.
