Have 1660 Super, 1440P 144HZ monitor. If I can return my current GPU, add $100 and get this. Worth it? Thanks in advance to any suggestions and to OP.

Most likely this will be higher noise from fans ramping up to control temps. If you do not mind that and game with a headset anyways, it will perform the same as other 5700xt... granted your case has adequate fans to expel the heat from this card to avoid thermal throttle, and have the powersupply connectors for this (8 pin + 6 pin, recommended 600 watt psu).

the 5700 NON xt on the other hand, has lower tdp, meaning less heat, less likely to thermal throttle than this card, just about 10% slower than this for around $300 (price varies depending on high end or low end versions). But even that i wouldnt recommend as it ran hot as well based on numerous tests I've seen. Better to get the 3 fans from gigabyte or sapphire models or any of the higher tier models of each card for better temps.

Happy deal hunting!

It is rather hot and I had a few that failed completely. I have used more than a few dozens of them, mostly because of the usually nice price, but switched to 3x fan versions lately.

I have this GPU and initially I wasn't a fan of it. It used to get super hot and my system would crash when I would run Odyssey. This card is known to be one of the hottest GPUs. And this GPU might blow hotter air into your CPU, which might make your CPU a little hotter. But after I got a CPU aftermarket cooler and tweaking the fan curve a little bit, the card has ran great. And if you don't have a problem with changing the fan curve and already have/plan to get an aftermarket cooler, it's a great deal IMO for $370. This is my HONEST review.
