Sucks this offer isn't valid for shipping. Seems to be in club pickup only to get this price.

Bought this mouse last month as an upgrade to my m510's that I've been using for many years. I hated it.. Could not for the life of me get used to it, it did not track straight and the buttons are just ultra sensitive and I found myself miss-clicking very often. I tried to give it 2 weeks but I think I returned it after about a week of use..

It's got great reviews though so YMMV..

I have this mouse and absolutely love it. I can tell you why you're not wrong however, so it depends on what type of mouse you use.

I could not stand the m510, because the optical / laser sensor is located towards the outside of your hand, almost on the very edge. Most mice (older mice? gaming mice?) tend to have the sensor closer to the center, or even biased towards the inside of your hand. The m510 feels very different, but if you're used to it, I can see how switching back would feel different and uncomfortable (I didn't keep the m510 I had, love my ancient performance MX at work and my m720 for my laptop).

Great mouse if you prefer the older (more popular?) location of the sensor. Something to keep in mind when mouse shopping!

I bought this a few weeks back to try the two device stuff. I like the mouse a lot, the wheel is probably the only part that is okay-ish. Unfortunately switching between devices (such as desktop/laptop) takes 3 seconds, which is just too long for me. I know KB+M switches and different software exist, but I wanted something wireless and non-programmatic (I use a MacBook and a desktop windows machine). It works if you don't have to switch often, but if you do need to switch often, I've found two dedicated mice just do a better job.

Currently using this mouse with two windows devices and a ChromeOS machine. I'm able to switch between the three devices quickly. Having the toggle button on top is handy. It is well worth it at this price. It's designed for right handed usage, but I'm comfortable using it with my left hand.

Bought this for travel use with my macbook air. So much prefer this to the M510 I had been using before. The fit/function and build quality are excellent for the price.

How does this mouse compare with the M705?
