Dell shows it with a 290 watt powersupply.. no good video upgrade options.. maybe a 1050?

The 1650 is probably a better bet. It usually gets all it's power from the PCIe slot.

No, this is not a slick deal. BUT there really haven't been any slick deals on desktops for the last three months. National chains like Walmart and Best Buy are selling desktops at or near regular price, and have low stock besides. Manufacturers like Dell, HP, and Lenovo have shipping dates of one month out or more. So if you need a desktop now, this is not a terrible deal under the circumstances -- this exact setup was on the Dell website for $620 last month and sold out (and it didn't include the Costco warranty ...). But you'll probably find a better deal if you can wait until later in the summer or Black Friday.
