Why bungee? Is this a trampoline for your food?
If you have a decent recliner or other comfy chair, I would recommend a lap-desk rather than a table thing like that. I have one of these and it's perfect for my 15" laptop:

I'd want one big enough for a mouse at least if using for work. Using a laptop for long without even a small mouse is cruel and unusual punishment. Specs seem to be adequate enough for a 13" laptop and mouse (with pad). Mind you some of that space will be on top of bungee cord.

Adjustable height stands would be a huge bonus for me along with a proper place to rest wrist on a laptop stand. Working from the proper height wrist postion is important to prevent fatgiue and injury. I work everyday in hospitals using a laptop to fit test nurses for n95 mask and sometime end up in lunch rooms etc. All those funky angles really end up hurting after hours. Along with proper monitor height to keep your neck straight (instead of hunched over).

If working from home spend a little more to get something thats ergonomical (external keyboard, or monitor) you have to protect yourself from injury by investing in your work station.

The top would be perfect for setting 15" laptop and watching something on, or camping.

Description

Highlights: Color: Oxford fabric Type: Square Black steel frame With two built-in cup holders Dimensions - 18"W x 18"D x 21.5"H Pre-treated and powder coated to prevent rusting No assembly required Fold for easy storage

Me too. Work from home kills the spine. I'm working all around the apartment from bed to kitchen.
