Seems better than the pixel 3a deal based on spec.
I have the 3a XL and v35. v35 is higher spec'd but I prefer the much better camera, speakers, lack of duplicate apps, and battery life if the 3a XL over the v35.
v35 has a much better, though curved, screen, faster, better dac, wireless charging, additional wide angle camera and ip68.
I think it mostly depends on your priority of features. For me, I'm pretty heavy Google apps and really value the camera.
The phone is AT&T Unlocked according to the seller's website. It's not a straight forward unlocked. 4G bands are only 2/4/5/12/14/29/30/46/66. No band 17, 41, and 71.
No, it's missing band 71. It would "technically" work, but I wouldn't plan on buying the phone in and using it on T-Mobile - unless you're planning on moving to AT&T soon.

Absolutely, even as a backup "iPod" phone
Granted, the biggest downside for me is that it's pretty much only viable for AT&T and AT&T MVNOs.

In this case, no go for T-Mobile?
