I bought this chair when it was $90. It was okay. Arms aren't padded at all. Just bare plastic. The seat cushion is firm, bordering on hard. I was able to bottom out the cushion easily at 6 feet and 215 pounds. Fine for an hour or two but you'll start suffering during longer periods of sitting.

I tried getting the gray one before this was even posted and it wouldn't let me. It waited until I was done, credit card and everything before telling my it was out of stock. Very frustrating!

I think they're having issues with emails, period. I tried resetting my password and they never sent me the email for that either, so their queue is probably clogged up.
