As all of this CV nightmare began, I picked up ten 2oz bottles from Target for 65 cents each. $0.65 - their regular price. I have no idea if they have any left now, and if that is still their regular price.

lol what? They're charging 99 cents for a 2 oz bottle of hand sanitizer during a pandemic...manufactured outrage much, karen? Shipping is shipping...I'm sorry you're angry they're actually passing shipping onto the customer, but that's how many businesses handle low value purchases....if you aren't being charged shipping, they are probably getting it from you some other way (minimum spend, raised item price, etc)

I don't see why this is price gouging. Walgreens has generally always been more expensive than Target - so don't see why $0.99 qualifies as gouging. And for those people who want Walgreens to package and ship 2x0.99 items and spend $3 in the process, look in the mirror - you are the one with the bad behavior.
