You're looking at ratings for a $99 product. I'm sure if it was $30 it would have more favorable reviews. With that being said, I wouldn't expect these to be earth shattering. A nice extra pair to use if your jogging or hanging out by the pool and it's nbd if something happens to them.
Also, the accessories that come with it will be new.

You can use the right ear bud indepently for both calls and music but you cannot use the left bud by itself. The left bud needs the right one to operate.

When you actually read the reviews though, quite a few echo that this product fails to meet basic functionality. For $99 or $30, I'd want a product to work like it should.

Is there a warranty on these? I've tons lots of reviews where it says the left earbud dies out and stops working.
