I have 99vidas. I got it super cheap. OG gamer big into beatem ups like Streets of Rage. The soundtrack is good and pays homage to SOR. I found it to be frustrating. The gimmick is you only get one life bar and if you die you start over at the first level. Damage carries over. Upgrades do not carry over to the next playthrough (if I recall correctly). Also the enemies get into in a cheap stun lock easily when they hit you then they go off on your life bar.
I honestly kind of regret getting it even at a super cheap price.
Thanks passing on that, I've given up on playing super hard games for the "challenge".
Nope. TA says around 12-15 hours to get 1000 Gs.

Not that I'm complaining, but is there a reason why there's so many decent to good JP games on sale for $0.99 digitally this week? First Kotodama on the Switch for $0.99 and now these on Xbox One.

Are these games part of the weekly sale (it says 7 days left) at the 99 cents price, or is this a price mistake which will likely be corrected soon?
I prefer to save going through the weakly PSN and XBL sales on the weekend unless I think there's a price mistake.

I can beat most, but they usually come with ridiculous achievements like not getting hit. I gave up on that side of things.
