Ooh, nice looking case.
I recognized it from window shopping the Starforge Explorer Pro [starforgesystems.com] a few months ago.

Can't go wrong here. Was a real pleasure building inside of and gives my desk a classy aesthetic.

This has a stylish-looking front panel design, but seriously, is there anyone out there who still puts their PC front-side forward? That's just inefficient and clueless in this day and age.
So, even if it's not the "front", you think the "side" should omit the wood design or be ugly? Should they skip the glass side panel and put the wood design there? That also completely ignores that not everyone is designing their PC to be a showpiece and they also offer this case in a mesh side panel design. I'm willing to bet the people buying the mesh side panel keep their PCs front panel forward.

How many 3.5" and 2.5 drives does this accommodate?

Is the XL case worth getting or is there better PC cases?

I paid $140 earlier this year for the Mid tower Charcoal ATX mesh and couldnt love the case more. Looks great and good features and build quality. Comes with only 2 fans so you may want to buy some more with all the slots it has.

This is really dynamic, I recommend reading the manual. PSU length can be a problem too.

Easily my most favorite case out of all I've owned. Not just beautiful to look at but designed very well and lots of space. Highly recommended.

Can I fit 2 traditional 3.5" hard drives in it? Looks like they don't install the traditional way in the front where the cd drive would go

I have this case, it's quite nice, quiet, and I squeezed in (with 2mm to spare) a 5080 prime with a 360 AIO on the front panel.

The build is a little frustrating due to needing a screwdriver for everything

Hmmm, going to the mfr. site https://www.fractal-design.com/pr...alk-white/ I find this:

Flexible storage
North features two included combined 3.5″/2.5″ drive mounts and two dedicated 2.5″ drive mounts out of the box
