My take: Never tried it. Price is excellent for premium Powercore+ series but still higher than some QC chargers with comparable or better specs. Aluminum case offers high degree of safety but can scratch and dent. 18 watt QC output charges Samsung at fastest possible speed using original cable without the need for power delivery. Best for 10 Plus and older. Defaults to PowerIQ for non QC phones. Max Input re-fill charge rate of 15 watts is a bit slower than models offering 18 watt refill. 450 five star reviews. 45 critical suggest that a small number of units may require exchange for failing to perform as expected. Good time to buy a bank with many hitting all time lows. Alternatives available with similar or better specs but not with the claimed build quality of PoweCore+ note: supports fast charging on dual charging mode phones like Samsung but has no power delivery for PD only phones.

Where does it say it supports PD? As far as I can tell this is QC only
yeah, not sure where you are getting that information but this definitely does not support power delivery, as there are no type c ports on it. The only output is over type A.

Sadly I saw 18 watt and since my only USB-C charger is 18 watt I falsely took that to mean PD. My bad. I think the deal is worse now minus PD for the price-to-maH ratio
Clearly while skimming the deal I played myself by seeing 18 watt and equivocating that to my 18 watt PD charger. My mistake. So then doesn't that make this deal even more lackluster?
It charges these at the fastest possible rate using Quick Charge the native fast charge technology built in to many Android and other devices.
It supports devices equipped with QC 3.0 and 2.0 fast charge technology.
This is a current model.
It delivers 18 watts of power from three premium Li-ion cells rated at 10050 mAh. Other 18 watt 10k mAh devices do not have "more power".
Saving $5 or $6 on a much lower build quality is a value judgment you are entitled to make. PowerCore+ series is built from top quality components and employs Anker's most advanced controller including over voltage over current high temperature protection and voltage regulation. Offered at 50% off which is hard to beat and it comes with Anker support which is bar none.
Your battery should not be dissipating charge at a rapid rate when not in use. The battery must deliver its rated power. Anker will replace power banks found not to meet advertised specifications.
An often over-looked explanation for poor performance on battery packs is storing them full or empty. Li-Ion batteries must be stored at 40-50% capacity when not in use to prevent chemical self destruction. Leaving in a car or in the sun will also damage them.

"Super-Speed Recharge"
"Thanks to Quick Charge 3.0 input. Using a compatible charger ensures a full recharge is completed in only a couple of hours.
This contrasts with the four hour recharge claimed in the text.
