Interesting pack. Description and pictures say there are 8 cells total. Most likely 18650 size. If the specs is 20000mAh, then each cell is rated at 2500mAh. Typically legit Chinese companies usb power pack use the ubitiqious LG 3350mAh 18650 cells or Samsung cells at 2500mAh. But usually they only use the 2500mAh samsung cells for high current application. 3.5A output is hardly high current. The LG cells have higher capacity but are typically worst in terms of longevity and current output capability. If these are indeed using samsung 2500mAh 18650 cells, then I would say this is a decent deal. If they are generic unknown Chinese brand 2500mAh, then this is a horrible deal.

If you don't care about fast charging and are aware that this will probably take upwards of 24 hours to fully charge, this is an okay deal.

For reference this same size battery bank from the same brand was available in a configuration that supported 45watt PD, on sale for around $30 about 6 weeks ago.

I have this exact same model that according to amazon, i purchased back on Jan 31, 2018 for $27.44. It's been good so far with fairly regular use. As Jake mentioned, this thing will take quite a while charging from 0% (mine takes probably around 11 hours to charge from empty), and it would be nice if it had usb-c input since most of my devices are either at that point or will be soon enough but I have plenty of micro usb cables left over from older devices.

Yea that's the thing. Some devices charging cables are going the usb c to usb c route.

No Qualcomm Quick Charge. economy model. The Turbo+ RP-PB043 with lifetime warranty is certified and listed QC 3.0 with input re-fill charging rate up to 24 watts with a QC charger and the only one I charge Samsung S10 Plus and below with. Also one of only 3 which RP makes for pass through charging. When 043 pops up as Amazon Renewed for $20 they are absolutely the best power bank deal around. New they are currently $35 and well worth the extra $12. If C-PD is required check out the current deal on workhorse 45 watt RP-PB159 20100 mAh. Also has pass though charging.

Is that the Super C model RP-PB159? Outstanding charger. Didn't know it hit $30. I thought the current sale price of $35 was all time low.

The older 20100 models are each tuned for a purpose. Best of RP build quality. The 043 is primarily QC 3.0 but also has Type C-PD limited to 5 volts 3 amps in/out

159 is C-PD oriented with QC but QC input is slower than 043

If I have any bad to say about the 20100 models is that the advanced circuity comes at a cost. May only deliver 12,000 mAh according to those who have tested. Don't like the new 20000 models at all except for 60 watt C-PD #201 which is small and powerful fast but not much reserve.

Do you know off hand any of their other models that are lifetime warranty? Don't really need something with as much reserve as the 043. Rarely need to hook a phone up to an external battery for extra juice with the capacity of both our phones. O+ 7Pro and Axon 10 Pro.

Ace series. Two I know of are 052, 063. They are 5 volt only. If slim and pocket-able are your preference then consider Anker. Not the slimmest but if any PowerCore+ 1050 are left consider grabbing one of those for 50% off $20 before they are gone.
