Same. Hope to trial it for 90 days to see if it's worth keeping
Costco cover an additional year of warranty and additional 2 on top if you use the Costco citi card.
IMO, if you want a warranty, it's AppleCare or nothing. Nothing comes close.
I just ordered one with 5% back with Amazon card.

Exactly, I don't get the hype of Costco extend warranty, let alone the warranty offered by citi.
They look good on paper, but in reality...
On the other hand, Amex's warranty pretty good, very easy to work with.
Sure 16gb is not enough for media creator
That's $100 per year for a much smoother experience
For anyone that is going to come in here and say that 32GB is not needed if you simply browsing the web, that's not true. Your laptop will run much smoother and snappier in day to day activities. For me and im sure for many others an extra $100 per year over 3 years is well worth it.
Plus if you plan on selling your Macbook Pro in 3 years selling one with 16GB will be alot harder to sell than one with 32GB and you will be able to get AT LEAST $100-150 more making the upgrade cost less than $200 for 3 years of use.
Also I would watch out as most of the sale prices on the 16" are for the Space Grey only which has serious issues with discoloration on the palm rests and by the vents

I like the book that you wrote, but in my case ok MY CASE ! Première and after effects running together just overheat and slowed down my previous MC with same configuration! I'm going to wait sure I can get better deal on BF, for I while I'm good with my AMD 3900x and 64 memory.

With that said, Apple knows this as well and hence the reason the up-charge is $400 for 32GB and also why all discounted machines are only 16GB.
The Apple garden has its entry fees. What are you going to do? Switch to Windows? haha
