I've used this litter for 8 years but recently they changed something and it's garbage. Just waiting to finish the last bag so I can try something else.

I used it for the first time 3-4 weeks ago in one of the litter boxes and for whatever reason none of our cats uses that box now. The easiest litter box to clean. I started mixing Dr. Elsey's with other brands until I am done with it.

I wonder where do they go now? I recently changed my litter and my cats only pee there and significantly less than before, and rarely have poops in! They are outdoor cats so they go in and out as they please. I am thinking it may be warmer now and they can really do their business outside but on another hand, I don't know if my litter isn't attractive no more. I can smell some fragrance in for new litter. I just hope they didn't go inside the house otherwhere. Yak

You should have one more litter box that the number of cats you have. You should also put in 2-3 inches of litter and scoop it 2-3x per day. Doing those things will keep your cats happy.

We used tidy cats before we switched over to Dr elsey. We are very happy with dr elsey litter as it doesn't have a weird smell like tidy cats. Anyways, I highly recommend it.

Used the brand for years. Won't touch it anymore, the quality has gone way downhill.

Agree, but can't find anything that is reviewed better. I have to use 3-4" of this stuff to keep it from creating impossible to clean pee spots on the bottom of the box.

Can you explain? I stocked up awhile ago and don't think I've tried any of the new formula

It would be a decent litter, but I found that it creates a huge amount of dust. "99.99% dust free", my ass.
