although not listed on Amazon this item has QC and confirmed by reviews USB-A Output DC 5V 2.1A/9V 2A/12V 1.5A (18W)
a plus is it uses 21700 Li-Ion cells (of unknown origin) [i have not gotten one to open up yet]
it seems that others are using the same design [amazon.com] but this CO$T LE$$
