This was posted before but only had local pick up. These are shipping from Walmart.com directly now. These normally sell for 149.99 so 99.99 with a game installed is a great deal.

I have two hacked 3ds xl. They are great but the freeshop isn't online anymore. At least to my knowledge. And you can still put games on a sd card and have them that way. Good little device to have for the kids. But my modded Switch has better modding support. More games as well. Retroarch works great on the Switch.
YouTube is your friend. However I would use 3ds.hacks.guide as the previous poster suggested.
Most videos I've seen aren't current. Best to go to 3ds.hacks.guide Very easy to follow tutorial
