I think it's still better than most of the trash gaming laptops around. Eluktronics didn't make any discount since release. Good find. Upvoted.

The laptop is fantastic. This thing is incredibly light, great solid feel. The battery is a 94 Watt Hour, which is pretty much the max you can have on an airplane.
I dont think its going to be in stock for long, just remember to make sure the freebies are clicked, I think theres a free mouse and mouse pad along with the free games.
Cheers

So im not exactly sure, but this particular laptop is a Tong Fang / Intel designed laptop, called the Intel-TongFang QC7. Cybepower just resells them with its brand on them. I was able to download and install all the drivers and software from https://www.eluktronics.com/mag-15-drivers/ which I would suggest as they are the most up to date

I had one made years ago and it's still running strong and playing new games.

The Asus TUF A15 is a better deal imo. 2060 Max-P GPU, Ryzen 7 4800h, 1TB SSD, 16gb ram and a 90whr for $1200.

Once you increase the ram and storage on this one it becomes a meh deal and the 1660ti won't age as well as a 2060.

This is an interesting deal. Also a 17" Tracer IV which is $1125 for the specs seems pretty good: https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/syst...Xtreme-150

The question is...this or wait for 4th of July sales...

I was originally trying to get that one, but I could never find it in stock. I think the Acer is a good path if you are more desktop replacement oriented, but I really love the size and weight of this thing.

Pretty good specs for the price. The thinkpad x1e2 I bought in December was 400 more but only has a 1650 max a. What is the weight and thickness on these?

I own this. Comes with a stupid decal/emblem of the CyberPower logo. Took a hairdryer to it, slid right off and now it's stealthy as hell.

AMA! I'm very impressed with this device. I got it at the same price point, just paid the extra $5 to upgrade to a 240GB NVMe then added my second drive and more RAM on my own, and repasted with Kryonaut.

Not really a good deal considering what I've seen in the past. Nothing has beat Walmarts $1000 computer in power per dollar in my opinion.

Link plz to said computer

TongFang mech 15 (-esque like this 1) seem to be quite reliable. Haven't seen any reports of major issues.
ASUS budget-tier lineups like the TUF are known to be very unreliable even if they feel solidly built on the outside.
MSI... well, I think we're all aware of their hinges by now.
