This particular item only goes up to Boys size 7,
but there are more Boys' sizes that are higher (Kohl's calls the size "Big Boys"

They roughly correspond to age.
A 7=XS
After size 7, they use the same sizing as adults(S,M,L,XL) or sometimes numbers.
They do this because a youth size 6 vs 7 is still an XS. However, there is a big enough difference between those two numbers for a bad fit
