For anyone who played Persona 5, when you got to the end it felt like something was... off. Like the biggest qualm was the how they wrapped up the ending on a ~100-hour long RPG. This version sets out to fill in a lot of those blanks, and offers a lot to veterans of the series, while most of what's offered might seem like nuanced details by new players.
Is it worth $40? As per the site; "Slickdeals". The $40 price tag on this game can still go lower, or if you're clever enough in time there will be a way to find it cheaper. It's a quality product if you know what you're getting.
Just know that the original release will not have the alterations they put into this version, woeful as it may be. If you must purchase Persona 5, I suggest getting this version.

Incorrect. There is no new DLC planned of any kind. If you are interested in costume and additional personas to use, then the ultimate edition which is a digital exclusive might be the better option. That is $74.99 on PSN.

This version includes all possible content for Persona 5 Royal. This is the "definitive" edition. it also possible to download all the old dlc for that was released on the original Persona 5 in 2017 for this version for free. https://store.playstati
Now you're being incorrect. It released simultaneously on the PS3 and the PS4, it was an extremely late release on the PS3 given it was already several years into the PS4's life cycle. It was only released in America in 2017.

I don't think there will be any more version releases beyond this. You can get all the P5 DLC free on PSN.
