One of the best deals I have seen on this line of backpacks. Huge amount of space, compartments, and Briggs & Riley is a trusted brand with LIFETIME warranty (better than Tumi, Rimowa)
Anybody have some recent experience with their Lifetime Warranty?
Read from some user (on a previous BnR post) that warranty is not that good compared to Travelpro. Would like to know how it was for the other bag owners. TIA
Maybe a good backpack but I am not sure It is a better quality than Tumi or Rimowa. I have Tumi backpacks for years, using It for years, It still look like a brand new.

I'm not sure about this brand. But I bought a Everki 18 inch bag back in 2012 or 2013. Their lifetime warranty was amazing. I had some issue with the bag recently they replaced with a new one. Price point was about the same as this bag.
I own the medium size purchased over Christmas. It's on par, if not better, than Tumi bags. Don't get me wrong, Tumi's are great, but I find them to be more rigged, hard, and not very fashionable. BG bags are sleeker, use shinier zippers and concealed water holders for a more modern look. The nylon is strong but doesn't look like it's ready for the army. Nordstrom has an amazing return policy too

Not better, but equal. I have all three, and while it's not fair to compare Rimowa aluminum to soft side bags from Tumi and BnR, the latter two are pretty equal. It really comes down to style and functionality preferences
Answer:
This backpack is made in Asia- China or Thailand

Hi William,
Sorry, it's made in China like just about everything else. But it is a great backpack.
Thanks,
Joey

The zippers probably make a zipper-ish noise.
