Reading comprehension fail I'm guessing. Ring is running a 20% off sale but I think you're confusing the systems. The 10 piece is $209.99 on that sale. 14 piece is $259.99. So this deal for the 14 piece with echo dot for $263.99 is slicker unless you don't want the echo dot.
Ordered the 14 piece for $208 + tax and returned the one I bought last week.
14 piece is currently on sale for $259. Added 20% healthcare discount brought it down to $208.
Same here...I called them this morning and initiated a return while buying a new set with additional 20% off.
I did complete my install on the original order
