Was shopping at Target store today and picked up a pack of 2ct fabric face masks in red color for $4 + tax. Came home and tried on and found they fit me surprisingly well. Searched online and found they are available online and I ordered 2 more packs in black.

$4 + tax for a pack of two. Shipping is free to home when paying with Red card, free with store pick-up, or free with shipping to store.
4 colors available: navy, black, red, and pink
2 sizes available: S/M, L/XL
- 2pk reusable fabric face masks cover nose and mouth
- Made of 2 layers of 100% cotton fabric with a filter pocket (filter not included)
- Held in place by built-in ear loops for a secure fit
- 7.5in x 5.75in face mask fits most adults
- Machine wash and line dry for care between uses
The ones I bought from the store are size S/M. It is comfortable and breathable for me. It does not have nose clip but its 3D shape doesn't leave big gaps around the nose. I was able to insert a blue shop towel as a filter with a coffer bag tie taped in as a nose clip. I also tried to wear it on top of my KN95 mask to keep my KN95 mask clean, it worked well too. The material is non-stretchable cotton used for button-down shirts, not T-shirt material.
The only drawback I have seen so far is that its elastic bands can get loose quickly. You may need to tie a knot to shorten them. I used a shoe lace to hold the lower end of the two elastic bands and tie behind my neck - which not only closed the small gaps on the sides but also eased my ear pain.

Another choice of filter is to use blue shop towel. There are tons of discussions online that you can google it, though there is not enough long-time data out there for a definite conclusion. But it is an inexpensive option. Many auto part shops, home improvement stores, Harbor Freight, and walmart.com all sell blue shop towel. Cotton masks are comfortable but they tend to soak sweat in the hot summer. If the blue shop towel gets wet, you do want to change it.
Remember to take the filter out before washing your fabric mask.
